Daddy ran first today. He ran for a long time. Me and my mom and sister came to get him, we were going to stop at the park and run, but my sister got sick so we went home. We brought my dad a sandwich. My dad and me did speed work. We ran up and down the hill a lot of time and then ran fast laps around our house. My legs are not tired. My mom and dad said I have a new cousin in VA. I have not met her yet.
