Day 39, July 17 2011




It is not hot and I am not sick so that means I get to run again. I start school tomorrow. I will have to start running after school now or I have to get up really really early. I am going to ask my P.E. teacher if we can run in class too. I need to run fast for my first race. I have to eat healthy too. If you eat healthy you can run better and faster. Eating healthy is good for you. You should eat healthy if you want to feel good. When I am done running I am always more hungry so I eat a snack.
